Every time that I have had something printed it is beautiful quality- kind of expensive, but the location is convenient enough that I don't mind too much. I also have received emails or phone calls verifying my printing instructions each time. Once, however, an employee forgot to tell me the price before printing. This was not a big deal at all. However, when I went in and asked, "By the way, what was the price per page?" the woman ringing me up turned around and began to yell at another employee for forgetting to price check! It was terribly uncomfortable and inappropriate. Adults shouldn't yell at each other. You're grown up. You know better. Be kinder.
