Amazing customer service and results. I was in a tight spot with a big deadline, and Christine — aided by the impressive grassroots biz dev of her teammate Carol — really delivered. Print and cut quality was excellent as well — it’s clear the folks behind the scenes are experts, too. This is a great team and local business with a clear passion for what they do — could not recommend more highly!

Customer service was awful, product was inexpensive but very low quality. I sent in a design for some business cards on their website and got an automated email saying they would get back to me to go over the details of the order. After 4 days of hearing nothing I had to call them to follow up. The next day they printed them without going over the details of the design with me. The business cards themselves are extremely thin and flimsy. A waste of my time and money.

The customer service wasn't that good. I was made to feel like the stupid one for not knowing exactly what size I needed. I just had an SD card with pictures on it, but I had to clarify and re-clarify what I wanted. I didn't know what their services included, but just wanted to know more about how they could help me. But this particular co-worker wasn't being proactive. It was an awkward experience, the guy wasn't talkative and wasn't that engaging.Besides that, I gave them a 3 because their store was clean and inviting! :) I do understand that they are probably used to working with bigger clients who buy more, but they should treat every customer the same and try to help them to the best of their ability whether I'm giving them $11 or $500.

Christine was super helpful in getting me quality business cards. I got a quote from Alpha Graphics and thought I would try to save money by going to Vistaprint, Office Depot, Kinko's, etc. Bad idea. I ordered 250 cards from Vistaprint and my cards were not only cut crooked and the wrong size, but they were also very pixelated. I wanted a very clean, easy to read card that did not have pixelated letters. I had a custom front and back design that were in vector images so that if you enlarged or changed the size, it would not distort or become pixelated. Big services like Vistaprint and other office supply companies took my custom design and turned it into a picture based file so when they printed it, it was pixelated and looked cheap. Not only can I get cards done with no shipping cost, I can actually talk face-to-face with the people who are designing, printing, cutting, and delivering my cards. I would highly recommend them as their staff is great and the quality is 10x better than big supply companies or Vistaprint.
