One of the most disrespectful shop and unwilling to listen. I couldn't even finish my sentence before the worker interrupted me. I recommend not using this shop unless you want to be ignored. Ignorance is what this shop should be called.

I did not even know it was possible to have such a bad experience at a printing place. I needed 16 packets printed out, with 5 12X18 posters and 10 other pages. I had to repeat over 4 times how I wanted the 10 pages printed, and he still didn't print them the way I wanted. It was like he wasn't liatening at all.But much worse than that, my packets were in a powerpoint format. I was told that they couldn't print it out and I would need to convert it to PDF. Well I can just hit "file" then "print" on my computer but I guess they have an Apple, etc.etc. So I convert it to PDF for them. He tells me it will be an HOUR. I have no idea why because I'm the only person in there and they are perfectly capable of printing all this in less than 10 minutes. I come back in an hour and my 16 packets aren't printed. He says the picture size was too big (or something). At this point I am stressed because I absolutely need these packets for a meeting I need to be to in 30 minutes. I don't know what to say. I can just hit "print" and they print out just fine but you can't figure out how to print on standard sized paper from a PDF? YOU'RE A PRINTING COMPANY.Finally his co-worker says "you just do this and this and it works." Then my "hour long" packets all print out in about five minutes. They are packets but they don't collate them, so I then have to sort through all of them, organize, amd staple them. They don't even have a good stapler for me to use, and it was just a bad experience. They had a very simple job to do that could have taken a few minutes and I wasted and hour and almost was late to an important meeting because they couldn't do it. I will not be coming back.

Affordable. Prompt. Friendly. These guys will go out of their way of getting your stuff done. Especially when you're on a tight schedule. If it has to be done before 6 pm, come here! Super turnaround times.

This is a great print shop. We've tried lot of shops around the valley and we always go back here. We use them for projects all the time and they always deliver in quality and price. I highly recommend them. Andrew and the team are great. Just this morning I sent in a job and received it at our office only a few hours later.

Andrew and the team at AMT are the best, absolute BEST print company in the Salt Lake Valley. I have worked with them for 5 years, and never had a project come in for more than the quote, never had a project done wrong, and never had a project come in late. They have delivered great prices, great product, and most importantly, Great Service every time. Thanks AMT.

Awful. Worst customer service in the valley. They mess up over and over again - they'll make you eat the cost or they'll act like they don't have a clue what you're talking about. Go somewhere else.

They have no idea what they're doing. They don't follow through with any promises. After they had already ruined my project and wouldn't refund my payment, gave me half my money back and claimed nobody else would complete it for the cost I was already quoted by someone else - they said they would do the cutting necessary for my project and THEN told me they'd need me to pay $300 to cut it for me. GARBAGE BUSINESS. Take your money and your time elsewhere. You'll be better off.
