Client Review on Apache Junction Water

Their customer Service is Horrible. Every time Ive talked to them its a different story, or its a different policy, aaand they put a note on my record that says i have to leave the name of the person i last spoke to in order for my claim against them to be credible. so if i dont remember or write down a name of someone giving me misinformation it didn't happen. forget customer service. I have a disabled child in the home and the wrongly shut off my water. this time i spoke to a evonne or evette who says she's a manager. my puppies can do a better job than you morons up there. I wish there was another company i could switch to instead of constantly having to deal with these untrained workers with a preschool education. How hard up are you for money to shut my water off wrongly then i have to pay a extra $50 to get someone back out here. I along with a bunch of others with Similar complaints need to go to the news. its the sunmer in AZ 120 degreed some days and you guys are turning off peoples water. is it going to take someone dying for you to see how wrong that is. you should follow in the lead of APS and not let it get to that because of your lack of customer service.
