Horrible..Absolutely ridiculous. Our internet has been flicking back and forth since 5/3/19.. They have a different excuse everytime you call.....that's when you can reach them. Before you could always get somebody on the phone, now, don't hold your breath. I called last week to tell them to stop the auto draft since it hasn't been working and better yet cancel my none service. I was told I needed to talk to tech support..huh..transferred me and they never picked up. Called the 1800 number cause they say they are 24hrs...#NOTHING
