What was the best part of the experience?

Overall I would say the experience was exceptional. We had previously used another SEO company and a freelance but we didn't see any real results from our spend. We asked Assertive for a proposal, they delivered a proposal that was incredible (using video), we invited them in, they pitched, we offered them the work. They were very quick to get things sorted out on the website, their content team were really good and their developers added new functionality to our website. Our keyword rankings in Google climbed quickly and we were inundated with new business enquiries. Highly recommend.

What was the best part of the experience?

Working with the team on a user experience/SEO campaign using their comprehensive online project management tools. We found it to be a efficient/transparent way of working, we knew what Assertive Media and the team were doing.

Nothing, we had no issues with Assertive, everything ran like clockwork.

A great company to work with. We used them for an interim SEO campaign for a sub-brand. The results were good and were delivered in a reasonable timeframe. Daniel and Ram were fantastic to work with as were the copywriting team who did a great job.

The team at Assertive were a pleasure to work with. They helped us to achieve page 1 for our target keywords which was the best part of the experience. The new business as a result has been critical for us.

What would you change about the experience?

Not a lot, they did everything they said they would, sometimes reports were a a day or so late, but that wasn't really an issue for us

Good team, hard working and they get the job done. I didn't have to spoon feed them, they put together a strategy and got it done, they applied everything they needed to the website, they wrote content ,built links and improved engagement. We saw our rankings grow really well after around 7 months, since then we've seen traffic up over 200% and a really good growth in enquiries.

The return on investment on the back of the rankings and conversion optimisation. It was a very successful project that resulted in our business receiving far more qualified leads as a result of organic ranking growth.

What would you change about the experience?

I was very pleased with the experience, if I could change anything it would be Google side and not agency side. The time to rank was a little longer than expected, but, given that our website had a number of issues I can't fault assertive.

A very good seo agency, we had been with 2 agencies previously who had taken money for more than 12 months each and hadn't delivered any real, tangible results. Assertive took a different approach which saw us go up the ranks after around 8 months. It took another 6 months to get really strong traction, but, the ROI has already been achieved. They're not the cheapest agency out there, but the quality of the work, the deliverables and transparency was worth it.
