What was the best part of the experience?

The return on investment on the back of the rankings and conversion optimisation. It was a very successful project that resulted in our business receiving far more qualified leads as a result of organic ranking growth.

What would you change about the experience?

I was very pleased with the experience, if I could change anything it would be Google side and not agency side. The time to rank was a little longer than expected, but, given that our website had a number of issues I can't fault assertive.

A very good seo agency, we had been with 2 agencies previously who had taken money for more than 12 months each and hadn't delivered any real, tangible results. Assertive took a different approach which saw us go up the ranks after around 8 months. It took another 6 months to get really strong traction, but, the ROI has already been achieved. They're not the cheapest agency out there, but the quality of the work, the deliverables and transparency was worth it.
