We bought 2 business grade computers from Austin, he customized them to fit our needs. We have been extremely pleased (best computers we've ever used!) and will be customers of Austin's for as long as he's doing business.

I needed an old computer restored to working order after a Windows 10 upgrade failed. Austin spent 10-15 minutes diagnosing my computer and presented me with a way of going about an attempted recovery. Best practices and most cost effective options were laid on the table for me to choose. I wasn't prepared to be asked for up-front payment, but he explained his practice and I understood. As I needed the repair and he seemed reasonable and competent, I left him with the computer and payment. Several days later he delighted with me a call to show me the computer was ready to go. He sent texts of the computer screen to show the restored computer, and on my arrival he started the computer and let me see firsthand the fruits of his labor. I was also reassured by his data destruction practices and the care with which he had managed all of my devices. Overall I felt I may have paid too much in choosing the most expensive method of restoration, but I was extremely happy with the result and the professionalism throughout. I would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks Austin.

Stellar service! Austin was both uber informative, as well as, efficient with time. An wireless mouse issue revealed that our HP laptop hard drive was at end of service. Austin gave me all options with an SSD (solid state drive) being the most optimal. Now runs at warp speed. Had to get familiar with Windows 10 vs. previously installed Windows 7 Pro. Austin recently repaired my laptop, installed a solid state drive and reinstalled Office. Very pleasant and very professional. Dropping off the computer for repair was quite smooth as opposed to my experience with Big Box Computer Repair wherein my computer was handed off to a distracted kid who did not care about my computer or the business that I run on that computer. With Austin the communication is excellent and the work was done in two days. One could not ask for a better experience in the repair of a personal computer.

Austin has helped us rebuild 4 different computers that have needed repair including installing solid state hard drives to properly interface with Win - 10. He is very talented in this field and his remote access feature we have used several times with older software that was not working with Win - 10. Computers are machines, so they do wear out and have problems with age. It nice to have a timely master technician to help when things need repair. We have also purchased two refurishef notebooks from him that have worked well.

I made a mistake and bought a lemon ThinkPad used off Craigslist. It wouldn't even boot after a week and I learned the cost of repair was too much. After our appointment I got half my money back in trade in and I feel very confident about my replacement. Austin was very thorough showing me many different alternatives and I'm very happy to find a better laptop that fits my business and personal needs at a fair price.

Austin is wonderful to work with and the quality of the work is outstanding. I would not hesitate to bring any of my computer devices to Austin for repair. He can quickly diagnose and repair your computer and have it back to you in a matter of days. Would definitely use again!

I have now brought in 3 very slow running laptops that were 4 to 6 years old with major issues. Austin has been able to repair and update all 3 laptops, plus with the changes, they will be good for another 4 to 6 years!He's very thorough in diagnosing, repairing and explaining what needs to be done and why it needs to be done. Along with giving you options and the total cost upfront so no surprises. Turn around time is amazing and will work with your schedule. I would highly recommend.
