Stellar service! Austin was both uber informative, as well as, efficient with time. An wireless mouse issue revealed that our HP laptop hard drive was at end of service. Austin gave me all options with an SSD (solid state drive) being the most optimal. Now runs at warp speed. Had to get familiar with Windows 10 vs. previously installed Windows 7 Pro.
