I spoke with Kyle Mizer who offered very professional and incredibly timely responses to questions I had (he even stayed in contact with me well after regular business hours). He used his excellent knowledge of the systems and products to help me customize the perfect PC. Other custom PC builders do not offer the same level of service I received at AVADirect.
