We ordered a banner on Wednesday and were set to receive it Friday (today). Unfortunately, it was sent to the wrong address and when my husband called to address the issue the person who answered wasnt the greatest and hung up on him. The owner did call later to address the issue and he did fix the problem, he let us know a new banner would be sent to us on Saturday, too late for our opening game. I'm happy to say we received the replacement banner today, on Friday, a day sooner than expected. I'm very happy that the issue was addressed and we got our banner on time regardless of the confusion. My only complaint would be that the person hung up on my husband instead of communicating with him what was being done do address the issue. Hopefully our future orders will be easier to receive with less confusion and more direct communication.

I have ordered 4 or 5 banners from this company over the last 4 baseball seasons for my son’s little league team. On my last order I had accidentally sent in my order with two duplicate jersey numbers . I was completely unaware of this error until the company called me asked me about the issue to verify it was a mistake before they printed the banner. I was able to make the correction prior to it being printed for no additional charges. Most companies would’ve printed the banner without asking any questions and I would’ve been forced to buy an additional banner. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will definitely continue to use this company for all my future banner needs. THANKS!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience! The design software allows you to customize your banner to be just about whatever you want. My son's team color is silver, and I was able to change all the colors and fonts to match the team's theme! When I called to ask a question, their service was superb! The actual banner is extremely good quality; the colors are vibrant and the vinyl thick enough to easily withstand the entire season. I ordered on Wednesday evening, and my banner arrived Friday around lunch time. The adorable mini banner posters for each player are such a fun thing to include at no cost! I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. I initially thought the cost was high (I grew up in an era where our banners were made of felt & puff paint, haha!), but now I believe they are an extremely good deal for the customization and high quality that we received!
