Feedback:

It was great to see the place that makes so many fabulosity signs for so many worldwide companies. The Barlow team is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and we couldn’t be happier with what they have done for us.

Feedback:

I've used them a couple times and have been very happy with their work. They respond to emails quickly and efficiently, show up on time, and their work has been great. Thanks guys!

Feedback:

Great job and very fast response!

Feedback:

Spent over $25k on a sign. Cheap materials, poor performance, high repair costs. Do NOT buy from these guys.

This is my second time calling on the kind folks at Barlo Signs in Hudson and at this point I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. The process both times have been so easy and painless. I simply call their number, I ask to speak to Ashley Gayhart (Project Manager), she takes down the information and finds out what my needs are and then she sends over a quote or has a staff member send over a quote, I approve the quote and the job gets done in a timely manner. No follow up calls, no chasing them to get back to me... one call and she handles everything. She even follows up after the work is completed to make sure I am 100% satisfied! My most recent call to her resulted in her team being at my office within 24 hours and completing the project! I have attempted to work with other sign companies in the past but none could step up and get the job done In the manner Ashley and her crew perform! Thank you Ashley and Thank you Barlo Signs- you have a customer for life!

Feedback:

We bought our LED message board about 5 years ago, and I really wish we hadn't. We were intrigued when a Barlo sales person called and told us about their signs and how affordable they were. We then set up a meeting with Randy (the owner's son) to discuss details. We talked and met with Randy at least a dozen times over the couple of months before he sold us on a new $50,000 sign with dual message boards. Within a month, we were making service calls. Acrylic pieces coming unglued, LED tiles burning out, controlled boards going haywire, software problems, you name it. After going back and forth with service calls, I had enough and wanted to talk to with Randy. Randy was nowhere to be found. The big-shot didn't even have the back bone to speak with me. He made his daddy handle the situation. We have not heard from him since we signed the dotted line. We had maybe 1 year of continuous use without problems. I have recently been using a local service company to take care of the sign. Come to find out, the message board comes from a Chinese company called YAHAM. Both Barlo and other companies have attested to the poor quality of the parts that make up the message centers. Everyone else recommends Watchfire signs. So then we decided to go to the manufacturer directly. There is no office for YAHAM in the US, only a cell phone number for a technician which proved to be useless as anyone at Barlo. We just recently had to order a part from the manufacturer which was a struggle in itself. YAHAM would not send any parts until they revived a check and the bank cleared it. Then we had to wait for someone from Barlo to come out and install the part. Well he came up, worked outside for a bit, and then left me with a still broken sign. Without saying anything to anyone, he returned to the shop. We had to call them to find out that the part "was not configured right". I still have one side blank, and now am no longer able to control the other side. The last service call has lasted almost two months. We called last week, and they said the tech was out till Tuesday. We called Tuesday left a message, no reply. Today we tried to talk to the owner, but the secretary said he was in a meeting. She said leave message and he will call back. No call back. Now are stuck with a $35,000 message center that does not work. And no one can fix it apparently. We are not a big corpoartion with multiple locations. We are a family run restaurant who cannot afford to waste money on garbage. What now BARLO? Will you helps out now? Please come buy this message center back and we will go our separate ways. By not taking our calls or calling us back, you force us to go on facebook. I have never been so infuriated with another business. Someone needs to make this right.

Feedback:

I also had a terrible experience like user Richiep. I found out that I over paid, because they tack on 10-20% to cover the commision to the salesperson. They did a smoke and mirror act with my pricing, and then find out that they don't even make the signs in NH, they are made in Mexico and shipped to NH. My sign also went out after 3 months, and they tried to tell me that it was a power issue, and it wasn't under warranty! I hired a company from Concord (Action Signs/NEOPCO) to fix it, and they found that the wires were pinched and ripped inside the wire way and it burned out my ballastist and bulbs. When I called Barlo to explain what the other company found, they told me it was my problem and they were extremely rude! They may put on a good show, but it was like putting lipstick on a pig! Stay away from this company and save yourself a lot of aggrevation!
