Honestly, considering the bad experience my family and I have come across since March 2018 when our apartment complex was sold and later almost all of our neighbors recieved eviction notices. I have to say, finding our current apartment through Belmont has been an easy transition as well as a good experience. Already overwhelmed thinking we would be next in recieving a notice as well, it finally happened March 2019 and we needed to find a new place to live in 2 months. We looked everywhere and finally found a 2 bed, 1 bath with a parking space through Belmont. The application process was easy and in about two days, we were all approved. The girl in the office we communicated with through phone calls and text messages was very helpful and got us through the whole process once we accepted. On the day we signed the lease, Ruben was there to help us with everything and was very courteous. Unfortunately on the day we got the keys and wanted to move in some of our belongings, we discovered some imperfections that needed serious attention before my family and I could leave anything in the apartment or even feel at peace living in the unit, until it could be fixed. I immediately took pictures as proof and emailed the office. Since it was late, operating hours were done for the day but I received a prompt email and phone call from Ruben the next day. He apologized and indicated they had dropped the ball on my unit, believing it was ready to be occupied. I saw it before I moved in and it was told to me that it was gonna be worked on and ready by my move in date if I applied and got it, since the old tenants had just moved out. Long story short, I got a week extra to fully move in at no cost to me, new vendors came in to fix things that needed fixing, more cleaning and new updated windows. My lease started 4.8.19 and I was officially moved in by 4.14.19, at the time Tricia was the property manager and she was very helpful and apologetic. Ruben was very prompt at addressing my concerns and through his voicemail and emails, I felt looked out for and important to the management because they were all willing to fix their errors and make us feel welcomed in our new home. Since then, I have had maybe a couple things come up and once again I was able to count on Ruben to help correct errors on my portal and set everything in order in less then 2 days. And lastly, I had a maintenance issues on a weekend, called the number for such emergencies and got a call back in minutes. That afternoon it was fixed and ready to go with no problems arising since. We were weary renting with Belmont because of the reviews but when you're hit with a 60 day notice and how high rent is in long beach, we had to make a choice and I'm happy to report that so far, we feel lucky we've found a quiet and clean complex with nice and friendly neighbors through Belmont. Also, our manager Teresa been very nice and helpful as well. I hope that we can live here undisturbed and content for a while and that no problems arise in the future because so far, we're very happy with Belmont Brokerage.

My sister and I wanted to apply for a two bedroom apt. Our combined income is very high she’s a bartender and has been at her job for over 8 yrs and I am a caregiver have been at my job for 2 yrs. My sister doesn’t have a social but has proveable income through her bank statements. Unfortunately they couldn’t take her income in consideration. It’s as a shame my sister is responsible and has no bad reputation. My income alone won’t meet their requirements. It’s sad. Don’t be biased on good hard working people. I would understand if she didn’t have anything to prove her income on paper due to her status but she has bank statements same ones used to pay bills. Anyways will keep looking somewhere else.

I have lived in my apartment for many years. Anytime I have had maintenence issues the crew has responded quickly. They are polite and friendly and always do a good job.

I want to Thank you for being there when , I need something fix . One night my sink in bath room was back up from up stair neighbor . I called for services and the came right away and the next day they came cleaned my carpet . I just want to say Thank you for all way's being there for my family .

As I wrote on Yelp.I have been in my apt for a good while. As in all transitions, sometimes it takes a time to get everyone on the same page. I have not had a problem with on site people or repair requests,depending on the request. And the apt and building I live in have there own unique personality and care concerns. I do believe that Trisha is doing a good job and is not unapproachable..All you have to do is reach out to her,and she will reply back to you. And as always,you treat someone the way you want to be treated..

This is by far the best place I have worked at- and I’ve had some great jobs. Everyone here is extremely helpful and great team players. I have already been told by some tenants that they are happy with Belmont’s new system. I love seeing how my properties have improved with my hard work. I love, love, love my job and look forward to helping my residents with any issues and concerns while protecting the assests my owners have entrusted in us. Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Belmont.

Not at good experience at all. I returned the premises clean and shine but they still charged me 1600 supposedly for cleaning services. I had to make payments to pay it off the collection company. My credit was ruined even know I pay it off for something unfair now is showing in my credit report and I am having a hard time removing it. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I am a tenant at the momment at 6151 linden ave i have live here almost 7 years never had a problem until almost a year ago they keep raising my rent every 2months by the way PATRICIA CAAL THIS OLD LADY IS THE WORST EVER SHES A SCUMBAG SHES NOT PROFESIONAL SHE IS A LIAR SHE IS RUDE! THE BUILDING MANAGER DONT FOLLOW THE RULES OF THE BUILDING SHE ALWAYS PARK N BLOCKS MY GARAGE DOOR I ALWAYS NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE TO HAVE HER MOVE SO I CAN GO OUT WITH MY CAR ITS BEEN HELL LATELY HERE ITS SEEM LIKE THEY KEEP RAISING MY RENT SO ILL MOVE OUT ITS UNFAIR WHAT THEY DO HERE MY NEIGHBORS DONT PAY WHAT I PAY IN RENT THEIR PAYING WAY LESS N THEY BEEN HERE ABOUT MAYBE 3 YEARS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ALL THOSE GOOD REVIEWS THEY HAVE ARE FAKE IM SORRY BUT IM SAYiNG THE TRUTH
