Complete horseshit internet provider. I would five 0 stars if possible. It is expensive and work like garbage. Look elsewhere if you have other options.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Awful, awful internet. Absolute garbage. Consistently drops and speeds remind me of 1990s. 56k would be an upgrade.

If you like Internet that is very slow when you pay for the most expensive Internet, shuts off when it is raining and randomly disconnect the Internet? Well bevcomm is just for you!

Sure it glitches sometimes. But i have had to use other cable companies in 5 other cities that i have lived in those were way worse. At least this company answers the phone friendly and offers solutions. The technician was friendly too.

"Please call us when experiencing slow internet speeds" So should I call every 10 minutes? Will that give the town of pine island better internet? Or will you just ignore the fact that your internet service is garbage just like you ignore these people's complaints? Luckily I live in Zumbrota most of the time so I can get up to 115mbps with Spectrum for like $60 a month. Everytime I'm in pine island I get 15.6mbps at BEST for $70 a month. So 115 for $60 or 15.6 for $70....how much would your service cost if it worked as well as Spectrum?.

Wow. I must be an exception. I work from home and I'm on the internet all day just about everyday. I have very few issues with BevComm internet. There have been a few times (maybe 3 times in a year) that it has gone out (generally during bad weather) but they always resolve the issue quickly and give me a call to let me know it has been fixed. The speeds are good enough to do just about everything I need to do. The only time I have had issue is when I was trying to download a 100GB VM but that shouldn't be the average person's complaint. Guess I must be lucky compared to others posting but I am satisfied with the service we receive.

I would have to give (Jake) five stars for effort alone. He arrived within a half hour of my trouble call, and stayed until the problem was resolved completely. Professional and courteous. He tweaked my internet equipment to get it up to the best speed possible. Thanks.
