Place is a joke. Zeros across board. Literally could careless about customers. The staff flat out lies through their teeth and write whatever they want in the notes. I never thought I’d say I miss Charter Communications. They will shut your service off if your are one day late and charge you 25 to turn it back on plus 10 for a late fee. If you pay to one office the other office doesn’t always know and will shut you off anyways. All this on top of having garbage internet. They’ll claim to be selling you 60gb internet that will test out no higher then 25. No matter what router you use.
