I took my custom built, $2500 PC in to get it tested and fixed because it was having severe issues with the graphics drivers constantly failing and the computer turning off on it's own. $70 and 1 day later, I pick up my computer and was told that they tested everything, all the parts were working properly, it passed their stress test, and they could not recreate the problem. They ALSO said they updated all of my drivers.Literally the next day, the same issues occur. I explained to them how and when this happens, so when they told me they could not recreate it, once I got home and did something that would normally trigger this to happen, it happened. Anything using high polygon counts caused it to crash.I called them back and told them it was still happening. The woman was nice and said I could bring it back in for no charge, but I got to thinking. I literally cannot be without my computer again, unless it was over the weekend, but they can't guarantee I'll get it back Monday morning because they're not open on the weekends... when everyone is not working and needs things like this done?? And I have severe back problems, a heavy PC, and I live up the stairs. I can't take it back again. Not to mention, telling me that they updated my drivers and clearly didn't, keeps me from trusting their work or their word, so I don't trust them enough to take it back...I really think I should've made a Geeksquad house call instead but I really wanted to give a local business a chance.

Thank you Big Dogs Computer Sevices for just being willing to make a quick fix on my computer, so that I can teach with it this weekend! They tightened the screws to my laptop screen that suddenly was separated from my laptop. Within 5 minutes my computer nightmare was fixed! Go see Big Dogs for your computer repairs!!!
