I took my computer down to get it it repaired. I have a very expensive system running a Raid 5 set up. I was getting an error that 1 drive had failed. They told me they had only 1 tech who could work on this type of system and he only works certain days of the week. I received a call the next day from this tech and he told me there was nothing he could do, and that my drives had lost all their data. I explained again it was a Raid 5 system and he should be able to recover the data by replacing the 1st drive and rebuilding the Raid set up. He didn't seem to know what I was talking about. 2 more days passed and I get a call that now 2 drives have failed and he couldn't do anything for me.So basically I take it in with 1 bad drive and get it back with 2 bad drives, and I had to pay them $70 to do this for me. I have now lost 20 years of data for my company.
