Never ever again! Booked myself twice with them, specifically asked for time when I will not have to wait an hour past my appointment time. Still had to wait an hour and left without seeing a doctor. It seems that the front desk is directed to book as many patients as possible despite doctors availability, so there is no chance that doctors will have a spare minute without bringing profit to the company. Who cares about the clients.

Dr Gaas is a joke. Find yourself a real doctor. He is stereotypical and racist to say the least. Worst experience in his office ever!!

What is the purpose of it saying your hours on Sunday saying your open until 6pm when you call at 2:30pm and your closed. Thats unacceptable. Not everyone wants to go and sit in an Emergency department to get a prescription for an Ear infection on a sunday afternoon. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Their closing hours on fridays are 9pm. I get there at 831pm and doors are closed and locked. Receptionist was standing there and didnt acknowledge me at all as if I was a low life. I said I still have 28 minutes. She ignored me and said they were closed.

The worst clinic I've ever seen. Walk ins was open today August 14 until 9:00 pm. I called in the morning to confirm the hour and the receptionist also confirmed they accept walk ins until 9:00 pm, at 7:00 pm I checked the "medimap" website and it showed again walk in is open till 9:00. I drove 30 minutes from where I live and the door was looked from inside. A patient opened the door, I entered and asked to see the doctor. A receptionist said they reached the capacity for today because only one physician is there! She said "I don't now who update the clinic status on mediamap website". Totally waste of time and gas. Unprofessional way to manage a medical clinic. Looking for another family doctor.

$140 for drivers medical... that's ridiculous.Receptionist needs phone etiquette. Not saying hello or good day when picking the phone up is rudeGood Reason they have no clients...Second time I tried and the receptionist refused to register my daughter because I didn't have her AHC card because they don't have access to net on the weekends. My daughter's finger is broken. All she has to do is run the check on Monday.

Great staff! In to see a doctor quickly. Doctor takes the time to listen to me and rule out possibilities via testing, xrays and/or bloodwork if needed. Always diagnosed my problems quickly and accurately...never been misdiagnosed! My go to place when I need a doctor!!!
