I’ve had great experiences at this clinic. The receptionists are all friendly and polite. I showed up as a walk-in Sunday Aug. 11 but unfortunately walk-ins had been suspended for the day by the doctor. Sometimes this happens because the doctors feel they are too busy and can’t handle all the patients that show up as walk-ins. The receptionist Janice was very polite and apologetic but this is something she has no control over as she is told emphatically by the doctor when to cut off the walk-in patients. She was only doing her job and following the doctor’s orders. Of course it’s always best to make an appointment, but sometimes life gets too busy and I try the walk-in process. It’s not a perfect system but the receptionists will always do their best to get you into a doctor if at all possible. They’re only human!
