Client Review on Blacks Home Sales

I can appreciate the website design. Very straightforward pricing and LOVED the 3D tours. Now the bad part... I had to email them twice and fill out a "Contact Us For Price" questionnaire over the course of 2 weeks for me to finally get an Automated response. Then, the email said someone would get back to me in 24 hours and it took another couple days after that! When I finally received the phone call she had to leave a message. I called her back and got some sort of assistant who said she would relay the message and then no one EVER called me back!!! And that was a couple weeks ago. Really not pleased with that experience.
