I've used Blue Thumb for my computer needs for many years now. Although I've always been very pleased with their services, I'm most excited about my recent experience! I wanted to get a new computer for my home office but decided to try and fix the old slow laptop I already had. Jessie suggested a Solid State Drive as a means to get my laptop running quickly and efficiently again. I am amazed at the boot time and general speed of my old laptop now. I worked on it all weekend and felt like I had a brand new computer! What a savings!!

I brought several devices in. I will say they did an excellent job recovering data on my old external hard drive. However, on 1 computer I waited 2+weeks for the new keyboard which did not work. Also, the other laptop I brought in has more problems than when I brought it in. I went back on the following Saturday as I work and don’t have time during the week. The store was closed that day which contradicted the posted hours. I will find someplace else to get my devices repaired.
