Client Review on Blue Thumb

First off I like to say I'm a amateur at building computers. With that said when I took my computer to BT with monitor shut down problems I thought they could figure it out quickly. The time they had it is not a problem its the holidays. So I told them that I could smell a burnt smell and that I had took each component out and inspected it but couldn't find the problem. This is with the monitor shutdown problem and I did leave the CPU fan off (water cooler fan)and they put this back on. So 75 dollars 1 video card driver upgrade,CPU Paste and nothing said a about the burnt smell. The computer under 20 minutes of load crashed. Total tear down of the computer showed that the atx cpu power connection had melted (the burnt smell remember). This took me all of 30 minutes of taking my time to figure out. In the end I blame myself for not just doing it myself but it was the holidays and I thought taking to professionals that did this everyday would be a good move.It wasn't. Will I recommend BT no. Will I be a return customer no.
