After two years, I've had enough. The terrible live chat customer service causes more problems than they can manage, and then offer no explanation or apologies or compensation for the issues they cause. My last straw was a "20 minute estimate" for a request that ended with over 30 hours of down time and 5 hours of live chat where I was made to feel a fool for not understanding. Unbelievable how they hire people who can't communicate the issue. God forbid I don't understand the ins and outs of domains and ssl certificates. I guess you should repeat the same phrase a few more times with zero variation because that's been super helpful. The last two days have been brutal. I'm looking forward to removing all services from your care. No amount of frustration and insult is worth the "deal" you get with cheap hosting.
