My hosting was deleted INSTEAD of edited. Now my websites are gone. When I called to check...they told me they had no record of it. But...I have a credit card statement that shows otherwise. NUTS! Hours and hours of work LOST and them claiming our records show....Well, my records show something different.

I have had a dedicated server with them since 2014 and they have been excellent to work with overall! I liked them better when located in Provo than since they moved down to Arizona because our sever has had way more issues since the move but still highly recommend them for any WordPress hosting.

Bluehost isn't perfect, but having worked there I can solidly say that the vast majority of people there care deeply about the customers and will work like crazy to fix things when they do go wrong. Even if it's just a problem for one person.

After two years, I've had enough. The terrible live chat customer service causes more problems than they can manage, and then offer no explanation or apologies or compensation for the issues they cause. My last straw was a "20 minute estimate" for a request that ended with over 30 hours of down time and 5 hours of live chat where I was made to feel a fool for not understanding. Unbelievable how they hire people who can't communicate the issue. God forbid I don't understand the ins and outs of domains and ssl certificates. I guess you should repeat the same phrase a few more times with zero variation because that's been super helpful. The last two days have been brutal. I'm looking forward to removing all services from your care. No amount of frustration and insult is worth the "deal" you get with cheap hosting.

Horrible company. They will take your entire server offline if there is any possible malware, they won't check to see that its there, they just assume the worst case and take your entire server offline not just the specific host but entire server. If you have a large company this is a dealbreaker.

Worst customer support ever, i contacted them more than 7 times, it seems that they use overseas people work from home, so they will jump to reply and say hi, then they will be cooking or driving or what ever they are doing, you type a question and they hold you for 30 min, just to answer such small question as how much is my SSL renewal, i had many technical problems, after spending hours with their team, they will say ok we will forward your issue to level 2 staff, then after 10 days the level 2 staff will tell you what was your problem? then you repeat your self again, then he said sorry we could't find the problem. wasting of time.

If there was a way to rate them at 0, I would. I hired them to build a website - worst service ever. I wasn't even allowed direct access (no email or phone number) to my designer. She was incredibly non-communicative and did minimal work (the site was clearly a template with little custom work done). After more than two months, it wasn't built and she'd quit the company. No one even let me know, so I cancelled services (they refused to refund my deposit); I moved my hosting services somewhere else and cancelled my other domain; I continued to get emails. When I called, the support person was very rude but guaranteed my account was cancelled along with the domain. Which it wasn't. I continued to get emails. I contacted them again, and supposedly (with the exact same process as the first time), my account was cancelled. We'll see. Really unorganized, hard to verify; hard to contact, etc.
