Worst customer support ever, i contacted them more than 7 times, it seems that they use overseas people work from home, so they will jump to reply and say hi, then they will be cooking or driving or what ever they are doing, you type a question and they hold you for 30 min, just to answer such small question as how much is my SSL renewal, i had many technical problems, after spending hours with their team, they will say ok we will forward your issue to level 2 staff, then after 10 days the level 2 staff will tell you what was your problem? then you repeat your self again, then he said sorry we could't find the problem. wasting of time.
