Have used this service for two years without an issue. Recently the look of the checkout portion was not appealing to my investors, so I made the change out. As a longtime customer spending $ monthly, I'd have thought they would help me get rid of the code that stuck after removing the app, but no.I have been on a run-around for a week now, and there is code left all over my site. For some reason my stock went to zero on shopify even though stock isnt being tracked. Seems like a bold bug.Called and waited on hold forever, sent emails, and left voicemails. Smack in middle of a workday, and no escalation or help. I have lost tens of orders because of this. Gobsmacked and annoyed as all hell.
