I recently moved down to Merritt Island from Connecticut to launch my new Food Truck business, and just wanted to share my experience with hiring Brevard Apps to build my new mobile application and website.I am a first-time business owner, and have never gone through the process of setting up a website presence on Google, let alone being involved in the development of a mobile application that will be available for download in the Apple and Android stores. Brevard Apps made it super easy for me to understand how the development process works, and used non-technical terms so that I felt confident in moving forward with the project. In addition their marketing team is going to be working directly with me to help promote and reach my customers once the app is available for download.The website is almost complete and looks fantastic so far - the look is even better than I was anticipating. And when the mobile app is launched, my local customer base will be able to receive daily notifications of where I will be serving at on any day of the week. Unfortunately there’s no zero star option. Lots of promises made and very few kept in the production of my app, which they called “the greatest idea that had been presented to them in their seven years of business”. If you decide to slum and go with these guys at least pay with a credit card so you can recoup your investment because they will not refund you even if they fail to produce or keep any deadline they impose on themselves. Fortunately, I did. You’ve been warned
