Unfortunately there’s no zero star option. Lots of promises made and very few kept in the production of my app, which they called “the greatest idea that had been presented to them in their seven years of business”. If you decide to slum and go with these guys at least pay with a credit card so you can recoup your investment because they will not refund you even if they fail to produce or keep any deadline they impose on themselves.
