Overall Feedback:
There is currently a wait list and only one unit available at 1000+ a month for August, nothing in September. I just called and tried to get more information, but the clerk I was talking to sounded annoyed and essentially was running me off the phone because she had a tour to do. That’s fine, but if I’m a potential renter trying to get more information, couldn’t we just reschedule. These apartments are not cheap. Claiming to be affordable for working artist, but the unit I qualify for is 900 a month, but that’s not available. I was recommended to stay on the waitlist regardless. (Personally, what’s the point of staying on the waitlist if I’m looking for something in Aug/Sept but nothing is available based on my income) They also don’t update or inform the waitlisted individuals when units *do* become available. Yes, you read that correct, if there’s a change in the waitlist, potentially moving someone ahead, the individuals are *not* contacted. That absolutely makes zero sense. I have no idea if rent includes utilities because I was rushed off the phone (it was an exasperated huff, sorry to inconvenience you with legitimate questions) I’m no longer interested in doing business with this location.I also talked to someone who lived there over a year ago. They lived with a partner and paid around 950 a month for a one bed room, 750 sq ft loft. It was mentioned that their rent eventually went to 1050, I assume this is the reason why they left.
