Client Review on BrussellS Bonsai Nursery

I purchased a bonsai tree from Brussells,but when it arrived the plastic pot in which it was planted was broken and there was soil all over the packing box.I called to complain and was"on hold"for 23 minutes.When somebody finally answered I was offered a $15 refund(for a $65 tree).I insisted on a full refund,and was told to return it at my cost.Postage was $40.44.What a rip-off!!!Their fault for shipping a broken container,and I am out $40.WHAT A RIP-OFF. BEWARE!!!!
