If I could give Brussel's Bonsai 6 Stars I would! Best quality, selection, and prices of bonsai and bonsai supplies in North America. You can tell they have a great passion of bonsai that resonates to their customers. They have went above and beyond all my expectations and I will definitely be buying from them in the future. Would highly recommend to anyone that has a passion for bonsai to check them out!

I posted this same review at Yelp, but it deserves to be posted here as well, simply because of how incredible my experience with Brussel's Bonsai has been. Coming from the perspective of an online buyer, my transaction with Brussel's Bonsai Nursery was perfect. I purchased a Specimen tree when they had their labor day coupon for 20% off plus an additional 10% off due to my coupon as a first time purchaser that I had received from them previously. The price was right for an absolutely epic Bonsai.Shipping were stellar. It was sent out the day after the (Labor Day) holiday. So I ordered on Monday and it shipped Tuesday on their first day back to work. I received it in three days using the free shipping. I've ordered from other online Bonsai Nurseries, and typically I've paid for shipping, which can be somewhat outrageous when shipping even a modestly sized plant. I received the plant in immaculate shape and it's stunning. Since it is a specimen piece, I already knew what it looked like, but it actually looked vastly superior in person since I could see the fullness of the perfect canopy and get a 360 degree look. I already repotted the plant, not out of necessity, but simply because I prefer to have it in the soilless media I use for my plants as it works best for me in my area. I could tell by the trunk, branches, foliage, and the roots that the plant had been extremely well taken care of and pruned and trained for its full life of 35 years. The customer service was also top notch, both the lady answering the phone (Lisa?) and Terry, their Bonsai tender/expert who answered every technical question I had about the tree, from the type of soil, the current growing conditions, the fertilizing regimen and more. Overall, this was a perfect 5 star transaction and I don't imagine another order would be any different. Thank you Brussel's Bonsai for the extraordinary tree at a VERY nice price!

I purchased a bonsai tree from Brussells,but when it arrived the plastic pot in which it was planted was broken and there was soil all over the packing box.I called to complain and was"on hold"for 23 minutes.When somebody finally answered I was offered a $15 refund(for a $65 tree).I insisted on a full refund,and was told to return it at my cost.Postage was $40.44.What a rip-off!!!Their fault for shipping a broken container,and I am out $40.WHAT A RIP-OFF. BEWARE!!!!

To put it simply I was overjoyed when I unboxed my 7 tree Trident Maple Forest on August 5, 2019!!! I have ordered plants online before but never a bonsai and certainly received the level excellence as I received from Brussels. Since receiving their catalog in the mail, I have ordered two more bonsai‘s from them. If my next experience from Brussel’s is close to the first I will be jumping up and down!! Furthermore, I’ll never look at another online bonsai supplier. Brussel, keep up the excellent work!!

It is on of Mississipp's best kept secrets... Brussels takes gardening/planting to a whole new level... "Tree in pot" his pieces range from 5$ to 1500$ or more depending on the age of your tree... Even if you just come by and walk around it is beautiful and peaceful...

My first bonsai from Brussels, a Christmas gift, was dead on arrival. They admitted they had shipping problems this winter and replced it. My new junioer bonsai arrived in picture peefect condition in April. It was a great addition to our family, now, 3 months later it is 90% dead. When I talked to their service representative, I was told 2 things: 1. It is all my fault, not theirs, although I have done everything the instructions told me to do; and 2. The bonsai is guaranteed only for 30 days. I just this week threw the plant away because it is clearly diseased, but I have a nice bonsai pot for my efforts plus an educational book. I will never buy another plant from Brussels Bonsai again. It would be a waste of money. Two dead bonsai in a row is two too many.

I bought 2 trees about a month ago, both trees were packed nicely but one of the pots was broken. I called immediately and spoke with one of the ladies, she requested the item number and told me she sending me a replacement pot right now.Until today I haven’t received it.Very disappointed.Will not order again.

I have bought several bonsai plants from Brussels and honestly will probably never buy anywhere else. Three bonsai's that I received were perfect, but a fourth I ordered had a broken pot. I called them and they had a new pot out in two days and the plant was fine. I love this nursery and recommend them to everyone that loves my Bonsai trees.
