My first bonsai from Brussels, a Christmas gift, was dead on arrival. They admitted they had shipping problems this winter and replced it. My new junioer bonsai arrived in picture peefect condition in April. It was a great addition to our family, now, 3 months later it is 90% dead. When I talked to their service representative, I was told 2 things: 1. It is all my fault, not theirs, although I have done everything the instructions told me to do; and 2. The bonsai is guaranteed only for 30 days. I just this week threw the plant away because it is clearly diseased, but I have a nice bonsai pot for my efforts plus an educational book. I will never buy another plant from Brussels Bonsai again. It would be a waste of money. Two dead bonsai in a row is two too many.
