I really dislike AT&T internet service, but if it was available in my area I would have switched a long time ago. That's how awful Buckeye is. About 8 years ago, Buckeye was somewhat reliable and actually had a bit of customer service. Since then, the internet slows down all the time, you have to wait for hours to speak with people who don't know what they are doing, and they have raised their rates to unbelievable levels. Last month I was charged for DOUBLE my regular rate because they said that I used double the the data. I'm quite sure that I didn't watch netflix anymore than I usually do, and I had some proof that my wi-fi was hacked, but they refused to remove the extra data usage charge. Can't wait until Toledo has more internet service choices!!

If you’re passionate about spotty, unreliable, poor speed internet and cable that you’re going to overpay for so severely that you get nauseas every month when you see the bill, Buckeye Cable is just for you! With speed upgrades that actually slow your internet experience down and cable that may or may not play without interruptions, you can’t beat this! If it were possible to give a 0 star rating, Buckeye Broadband could achieve it!

Last week, they nearly doubled the price of their service on me. Today my internet is down. The soonest Buckeye can send someone out is in FOUR DAYS!!!! I’m a college student and I cannot be without internet for four freaking days. Now I have to drive a half an hour to Bowling Green to use their univeristies Free wi-fi until Buckeye fixes their problem. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGOUS.

The one at Southwyck needs more people to help out when the line is long. I know they are closing that one but until they close two people helping people out doesn't cut it.

Not polite.I recently had an overcharge fee, for the first time too. I made the call to pay it and I began asking about how it got to such an immense payment and she did explain but in a rude manner, as if maybe I was going to argue over it, but I was calm. I did however mention how much it was and she said ”yeppp, that’s right, well you should have known “. I felt uncomfortable paying my own bill by the manner expressed over the phone. And to hear comments like “woooh, you have quite an outstanding amount you owe, “describing my bill. Not professional.Once this bill was paid the next two days I have issues with run up, lagging, restart a few times, over two days. Ridiculous.

For the first time ever I accepted their suggestion that since their queue for talking to a human being was an hour long, I should let them call back. It has now been 2 hours and they still haven't called me back. Of course I expected them to be liars. I am only having to do this in the first place because they signed me up for a "free trial" of a service I don't want without asking my permission. And I just know for sure if I don't deal with it immediately it will be showing up on my bill. And, of course, I went to the webpage and there was no way to cancel it there. I just hate these people with all my heart and hope so badly we get some real competition for them in this region. Next prediction? My lousy broadband service will have disconnected me for inactivity while I was writing this review.
