Client Review on Buckeye CableSytem Media & Advertising Sales

I've had this service for a year and it's terribly slow and unreliable. I can only stream on one device at a time. I have to disconnect my phone from the wifi, all my gaming consoles, and my laptop just so I can stream a movie with medium quality and intermittent buffering.*While at work my wife called them and they gave the usual runaround questions; restart the router yadda yadda. We come to find out our router is out of date, set up all wrong etc. They sent an installer out and, according to my wife took a very long time, but got us a new router and set us up so we could directly connect to the router for internet. So my review goes from 1 star to 3 stars. We've only used their internet for a year, how could our router be out of date so badly? Customer service was a bit of a pain to finally get them to realize it wasn't as easy as resetting the router. The installer was pleasant and courteous but took a long time to set up a router.
