I trust ONLY Calm Computing to do the technical stuff with our computers and devises. They make recommendations when I need them. They understand money is can be an issue (as in they recommend the best, cheapest solution while having other options to give me). They understand my strengths and weaknesses. They understand when I would rather they explain to my spouse about some technicality instead of me doing it (and it works so much better that way :-). When I began using Calm Computing, Brian was it - the sole tech. Now there's also Mike. Either of them are terrific. As the company name suggests, they are both very patient and I've never noticed either of them losing their calm although I tend to confront them with odd problems and issues. They are the best!

Calm Computing took really good care of me. Brian took an old iMac that I had updated into obsolescence and an old MobliePre USB A to D converter and turned them magically back into useful recording equipment that I now use regularly. I highly recommend Calm Computing for even your most unusual computer projects. Brian just knew what to do

My highest compliments; some extra commendation to a company that, on learning that I'm a college student, agrees to try and make a same-day repair of my laptop. Even then, a turn around time of a day was guaranteed (and delivered!), and at a price that was only beaten by my IT department at UMass (and that's students only... and can have a turn around time of anywhere from 3 to 7 days). Then there's friendly and professional too, both to a high degree! Highly recommended!
