Feedback:

My highest compliments; some extra commendation to a company that, on learning that I'm a college student, agrees to try and make a same-day repair of my laptop. Even then, a turn around time of a day was guaranteed (and delivered!), and at a price that was only beaten by my IT department at UMass (and that's students only... and can have a turn around time of anywhere from 3 to 7 days). Then there's friendly and professional too, both to a high degree! Highly recommended!
