Terrible billing system. Bills routinely arrive with such a short deadline that online banking cannot meet it. Customer service is poor and indifferent. Infrastructure is inadequate to service well-known growth. Company likes to try to blame customers for its own failures. Company is quick to notify customers by phone and email to limit water usage but never bothers to let customers know when the restrictions are over. I would give them zero stars if I could. They don't deserve even one star.
