After a water pipe broke and flooded my house I needed new floors and drywall repair Carolina Restorations did an outstanding job and even finished ahead of schedule. My new floors are beautiful and the installers did a great job. The painters fixed the drywall and painted my entire kitchen with not a drop of misplaced paint. They moved all my furniture out and back in without incident and even put my complicated media center back together. I would highly recommend them for any of these services.

I had a significant loss at my home last year, which Carolina Restoration repaired. Late last month we discovered a possible problem with their completed work. CRS stood behind their work, readily admitted responsibility and put things back together quickly. Eric Ambrose was the project manager, he went out of his way to meet a deadline we had. Mike and Jermaine performed the tear out and monitored the water / moisture extraction. They were communicative about what was going on and what to expect. They were also so tidy, cleaned, swept daily, professional and easy to work with. Charlie Beard performed the repair following the water extraction . He is fast, efficient, when he arrived each morning he worked diligently and efficiently effecting the repairs. I am impressed by his work ethic and efficiency. Charlie too was professional, easy to work and so very organized. He pulled all the stops to have our home completed before our deadline. Charlie cleaned where he was working daily and made sure we were in the loop about his schedule, updates on the repairs. Charlie arrived daily exactly when he said he would. Eric Ambrose was instrumental in getting the repairs completed quickly. We had house guests scheduled shortly after this problem came to light. Eric understood our situation and supported the crews in meeting the deadline.Our family values honesty, ethics. I think it would have been easy for CRS to dispute responsibility for this most recent problem. It says a lot about CRS as a company by their taking responsibility for this issue and standing behind their work. They did not give us a hard time nor did they drag their feet in determining responsibility. I would not hesitate to call upon CRS to repair our home in the future. Thank you for a job well done.

I contracted with them to fix my basement that had been exposed to sewage in a pipe backup. They were responsible for painting the basement, putting in new flooring, and making sure everything was back to the condition it had been in after their work was done. Not a single one of the contractors was able to do their job correctly. The painters had to come back to fix a few spots and didn't even get finish it the second time around. I specifically showed the CRS foreman the problem areas and it seems like he must not have passed on all of that information to the painters. He even admitted to having chipped the wall in one place himself and never got it touched up. The flooring people were worse. There was an area of the concrete foundation that was not level as the result of an earlier part of this project. The flooring people made not attempt to level it, so the flooring was like a seesaw for the entire 20 foot width of the room. Another set of contractors were hired to fix it, which they weren't able to do to the full extent because other things being in the way that the CRS foreman said would not be in the way. All in all, they didn't accurately get the job done even when they were brought back in to fix the problems they should have anticipated the first time. It seemed that every contractor was there to do the least work possible, with the exception of the last one whose ability to complete his job was limited. The only reason they don't get a one star is because the foreman was generally friendly and was moderately responsive to communication.10/5/19 Edit:Since my last review I was reached out to by one of the managers and he was at my house the next day to talk about my concerns. He agreed with me on my assessment of the situation and wanted to fix the problems at no extra cost. I was assigned a new foreman and the work was completed quickly and competently. I upgraded the review to 4 stars.

EM-8998 on August 16th at 3:11pm. That the is the license plate that was driving carelessly on the streets. Cut us off in traffic almost hitting our car. Apparently by reading some reviews of this company, they are known for their reckless driving. If they keep it up they may have to include car restorations in their services :)

They are very friendly and professional. Very prompt and efficient and go above what they are entitled to do with their job description. The assisted my grandmother with all her needs for her move and were very professional. Chauncey and Aaram were a big help and we really appreciate their hard work.

4!!! 4 service trucks playing chicken and drag racing from North capital Blvd. to 3401 Gateway Center blvd on 8/4/19 @ 8:07 pm! Again 4 trucks, on a Sunday! Soon you’ll have to change your business to car restoration! I have called and left a formal complaint and anticipate a call back. I have pictures and a license plate number of the truck that nearly drove me off the highway. It would be one thing if it was one driver, but 4 is ridiculous. You have my information and will be expecting a phone call within the week. If I see even one truck do so much as forget a turn signal, I will have no choice but to involve the police. Do better.

Sondra, Mike W, and the contents team were awesome! I had a sprinkler system go off and destroy everything in my garage, I had no idea what to expect or even what to do. Fear had taken over, the team at carolina restoration services made the entire process much easier with their professionalism, amazing standards, and detailed scheduling! If anything occurs again "hopefully not" I WILL be contacting Carolina Restoration Services!! Thank you soo much for easing me through the process. Yall are awesome :)
