I had been with several other (less costly) companies for web hosting, SEO, and internet marketing before finding ceatus. My site was actually a disaster before I started with them probably three years ago. They helped a lot fix errors made by their predescessors and have greatly increased my visibility. I think that they are worth what they charge and I recommend them highly to anyone interested in boosting their online presence. I have been with Ceatus now for just under a year. They took over my website and have done a great job with my rankings and website traffic, and their reviews platform is amazing. I wanted to share an incident to illustrate their great customer service: One of those “scare” tactic companies called into my office stating that we had multiple “HIPAA” violations on our site. I normally ignore these types of scare calls, but HIPAA is obviously a serious concern. I immediately emailed John at Ceatus. Within several hours his team did a website evaluation to assess if there were any issues and sent back a detailed response describing why we were in good standing. That meant a lot to me as the caller had really upset my staff members with his threats about turning us in for local and federal HIPAA violations. John and his team received some great Alaskan salmon for their prompt response and focus on my business. Great work!

I have worked with over 6 different website developers now over my tenure as a dentist and I am so pleased that I finally pulled the trigger and hired Ceatus to build my new site and manage my on-line marketing. Within the first month of Ceatus taking over my digital marketing I generated 13 new positive patient reviews and booked and operated on one breast aug patient that came from their efforts. They’ve worked hard to ramp up my visibility in paid, organic and social mediums online and I can already feel the growth. I work with Dr Liang’s practice, Center for Sight, in Sacramento. We have been a Ceatus client for many years and just began using their newly released reviews manager. I was blown away by how easy this platform is to use and to get positive reviews. My surgeon also really likes the attractive look to highlight the positive comments from our patients. I wish we would have had it sooner, it is the best in the industry. I recommend Ceatus highly. Kim Uecker which is our contact person has been so helpful. She's great at what she does!

I have really enjoyed working with the Ceatus Media Group. When I started working with them I was concerned that I would have to redo my whole website. They were able to work with my current website which is very important to me because of my relationship with the original designer of my website. This was very refreshing and demonstrated their flexibility and willingness to create something unique for us versus a cookie-cutter approach. Ceatus is handling our Reviews, Social Media, and we get website traffic from their patient education portal. This has taken a huge amount anxiety from me. The whole team at Ceatus is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and dedicated to customer service. The effects of our work together are that now we are getting lots of reviews, Facebook activity, more presence on Google, and an increase in new patient flow. The Ceatus Review Manager has really helped our ophthalmology practice. It is an easy way for patients to leave a review/comment and then get posted to one of several online sites. In the last year, we have doubled the amount of online reviews we had collected in several years prior! I would also recommend Ceatus for Social Media, if you do not have a dedicated person who has the time to keep your practice posting daily. They post across our social sites with interesting and relevant info daily, which allow us to focus on practice specific posts in addition.Finally, if you do not have a listing on All About Vision it is one of the best things you can do for your SEO!
