I have been with Ceatus now for just under a year. They took over my website and have done a great job with my rankings and website traffic, and their reviews platform is amazing. I wanted to share an incident to illustrate their great customer service: One of those “scare” tactic companies called into my office stating that we had multiple “HIPAA” violations on our site. I normally ignore these types of scare calls, but HIPAA is obviously a serious concern. I immediately emailed John at Ceatus. Within several hours his team did a website evaluation to assess if there were any issues and sent back a detailed response describing why we were in good standing. That meant a lot to me as the caller had really upset my staff members with his threats about turning us in for local and federal HIPAA violations. John and his team received some great Alaskan salmon for their prompt response and focus on my business. Great work!
