No doubt, they help sellers beyond expectations. 24*7 support, help me a lot to set up my account on various marketplaces like Walmart, Jet, Newegg, Etsy, Wish, Bonanza and so on. Their apps are really good and effective, various custom options are available which helped me a lot. Not only chat, they are available on Skype, Call, Ticket, What's app everywhere.Thanks a lot guys. :)

We have bought the marketplace platinum extension and another related extension. They tried to install it on a clean magento installation with the default luma theme with no data at all. A lot of problems since the beginning. Clearly their software is not tested properly and it is not production ready, unless you want to spend time with their support fixing their issues. They insist that this was normal though and the issues were not bugs...I asked for a refund but instead I got a series to skype chats and calls trying to convince me to stay with them but I refused. They said that there is no reason to refund as long as they are fixing the issues.......they even insisted to put a dedicated testing team on our website! The sales team is good, the support is good on fixing their issues but the extensions have low quality. I would be fine if they offered me a refund, like proper professionals, but the fact that they refused refund and the spamming from the sales team made me write this harsh review. Make sure that your software works properly before you sell it, not all of your customers are willing to spend time to raise issues or waiting your testing to happen! I would totally stay away from them in the future and make the same review in all the websites I am registered!

Not a good company everything is billed under customization. Waste your time by only chatting and not calling. for explaining you waste hours of time on Skype chats. which can be explained in call in minutes. Blame every bug on your head for themes and other extensions. Client always have many other extensions installed in their magneto if he is buying your extension it is your duty to inform before installation or fix issues without asking for money for everything.I have written an review which is not visible on their own website which validates my point that they are not transparent and only show good review, which might be from their own employees.

When it comes to learning work ethics Cedcommerce works like an institution where you will get mentors at every stage whether you are fresher or experienced .As far as my experience is concern I have been working here from more than 2 years entire staff is very supportive when ever you have any doubts or any sort of issue which is disturbing you. You only need to raise that problem in front of Management and after that they resolve that issue in the best possible manner which is quite satisfying.Best Part with the Cedcommerce management is that when ever you do something good they are always ready appreciate you which automatically motivate the employee.
