Feedback:

We have bought the marketplace platinum extension and another related extension. They tried to install it on a clean magento installation with the default luma theme with no data at all. A lot of problems since the beginning. Clearly their software is not tested properly and it is not production ready, unless you want to spend time with their support fixing their issues. They insist that this was normal though and the issues were not bugs...I asked for a refund but instead I got a series to skype chats and calls trying to convince me to stay with them but I refused. They said that there is no reason to refund as long as they are fixing the issues.......they even insisted to put a dedicated testing team on our website! The sales team is good, the support is good on fixing their issues but the extensions have low quality. I would be fine if they offered me a refund, like proper professionals, but the fact that they refused refund and the spamming from the sales team made me write this harsh review. Make sure that your software works properly before you sell it, not all of your customers are willing to spend time to raise issues or waiting your testing to happen! I would totally stay away from them in the future and make the same review in all the websites I am registered!
