Feedback:

They are out to get you.... they screwed me out of my deposit over things that were damaged prior to me living at one of their residences.

Feedback:

Wish I could give them ZERO stars. DO NOT look past all the negative reviews. Do yourself a favor and RUN! TRASH!!

Feedback:

Everytime I have gone into the office I am met with a smile and a pleasant greeting from the wonderful ladies Laura, Havanah and Deborah in the office. They tend to every need of their tenants and provide excellent customer service. I would highly suggest them if you are looking to rent your home or want to rent or buy a home.

Feedback:

DON'T USE THEM THEY'LL RANDOMLY CHARGE YOU MONEY AND SAY THEY SENT AND EMAIL WHEN THEY DIDN'T TO FIX SOMETHING FOR EXAMPLE WE HAD THREE LITTLE Patches of grass in our driveway crack and they charged us $10 per one and said they came out and inspected our house and saw it while we were gone but yet they won't fix anything wrong with a house when you move in ....

Feedback:

1. As soon as we moved in the side of the house was overgrown with trees and bushes. I was notified that I needed to remove it myself or be fined. I spent the weekend cleaning it all out.2. We take great care of the home, always clean, always maintaining normal wear and tear ourselves, as well as, upgrading when we can. 3. Semi-annual inspections have never been an issue. Our lease has a no pets policy, but the landlord gave permission to have a few fish tanks in the house, since that is a hobby of ours. During the most recent inspection, they fined us $500 per tank ($1,500), and wanted the tanks removed in 4 days. That's impossible. They continued to reinspect our house weekly, and refused to sit down with us or make an appointment to discuss the issues. 4. They tried charging us another $500 for having an "unauthorized resident" when I sent a friend over to the office to attempt to make an appointment on my behalf, since I don't get off work until after they close. Stating that the friend said they were my girlfriend. 5. After all this they said they would file for eviction on a specific date. It has a been a week after that date and we have no eviction notice and have not heard from them since. Avoid these people.

Feedback:

Well let's start with me retiring from the United States Marine corps. Then finding a job in the state of Florida. I pretty much tossed Cherie my keys and took off to Florida. My house was upside down thanks to the market crashing, so selling was out of the question. They stuck with me, renting the home and managing the property until finally 3 years later we were able to sell it. The loyalty and hard work those ladies showed me was awe inspiring. Thank you ladies so much for your hard work and undying dedication. P.s. you ladies ever thought about branching out, say Florida maybe.

Feedback:

Great customer service.

Feedback:

Pay for applications fees just to get denied even after talking about credit scores.

I personally have had a good experience with this company they worked with me with what they could and did their best to find me a home I actually wanted. Going into the office I was treated very kind and like I had a voice in the matter. I had a very amazing experience. They emailed me back with in the hour every time I would email them called me and my husband about any information as soon as possible. I love this company. And I’m so grateful for them. They helped us through a very hard time! And I’m so happy with the house we got, it’s perfect.😊❤️ Signed, Tiffany Anderson

Feedback:

So awful. I'm 23 weeks pregnant, not working and in need of a bigger house. My husband and I live in a 2 bedroom duplex, him, my daughter, and I. So we started looking for a three bedroom house for our baby that's due in June. We fell in love with this house, 202 rosewood circle, and we went in and applied. They charged us $80 for the application ($40 for him, and $40 for myself) He has great credit, he's a marine so he has a steady paycheck, no criminal back ground, and I have a great renters reference for the past two years. When we applied (Monday) the lady told us that there were no other applicants on the house we were applying for. We understand that due to hurricane Florence many houses are being applied for by multiple parties, so we offered 2nd months rent in advance. The lady told us that that was not necessary. (I hope the home owner reads this)I missed a call from them yesterday and when I woke up today and went to call them to check on the status of our application was when I noticed a missed call and a voicemail. I didn't listen to the voicemail, and instead I call them back right then and there. The lady picks up the phone and I tell her my name, my husbands name, the address of the property we applied for and how I missed a call and was calling back, and she tells me that the lady that originally called me was not in at the moment and she'd give her a call and then call me back letting me know what was needed of me. I say okay and we hang up. I go back and I listen to the voicemail, which says "we had trouble retrieving some of your references, so due to that we are putting your application on hold and the house will probably go to the next best qualified applicant." Upon hearing this, I reach out to my landlord (who is amazing) and I ask him if they called him and what they told me. He tells me that nobody tried to call him... So I give him their number, he calls them, then texts me and says that they answered the phone and said they'd call him back. They never did. After listening to the voicemail a few more times I realize that the call back number left in the message was different than the office number, so I call it. This lady answers, and I give her my name, my husband's name, and the address for the house we were applying for again. Then she tells me that there was trouble getting my references, then I proceed to tell her that my renter's reference just called her office and was told he'd get a call back. Then she insists that they are waiting on all the references and will call me back later. All the references? You people refused to talk to my landlord, he is mine and my husbands only renters reference. So now I'm flabbergasted and confused and I relay the information to my husband. He's just as confused so he decides to call them to see what it is exactly we need to do and if I just misunderstood what they meant by references. The lady at the office picks up, and tells him that they will call him back and hangs up. They never called him back. So now I'm very stressed out, my husband leaves for Arizona soon for training and we wanted to be moved in to a new home before then so I can rest. I'm having complications in my pregnancy and am currently on bed rest and my husband doesn't want me packing or moving anything or stressing over this. So I get into contact with the real estate agent that showed me the house (she works in a different office, and she is AMAZING!) I explain everything to her, and she's also confused by it all and says that she will call them and see if there was any issue in our application and will call me back and let me know. She texts me after talking to them and says that they told her we were denied for the house, and that they can't tell her why because it's "confidential" and that I'll receive a letter in the mail explaining why we were denied. So now I'm very upset, and my husband is angry because we paid $80 for them to give us a BS run around, unneeded stress, and unwarranted rudeness. And now they refuse to answer our calls. BEWARE
