Dominic is super friendly and wants the best for his customers. Brought in a laptop and the screen was shot. He first tried to replace the screen, said it wouldn't take and it was shot. Offered to sell me one of his laptops and transfer the hard drive for $160! Had it back in just a couple hours. Couldn't recommend him enough

Operator wanted $120 just to reinstall Windows 10, and didn't have any experience with fixing bootloader issues (my real problem). I said I had my own license, he said it would still be $120 in labor. To install windows on a drive. I'm sure they're fine for routine things, but if you have any technical skill whatsoever you can probably do their fixes yourself for a lot cheaper.

Dominic was great! My laptop problem ended up being a really simple fix that took him 20 minutes after it stumped my school's IT department and the manufacturer help line. I highly recommend!

Charged me $110 to fix what I thought was a virus. Erased all of my files just to make it seem like he was repairing my computer, then gets upset with me when I call him 2 days later with same problem. I call Microsoft and they tell me how to fix problem. Simple fix. Avoid this crook!

I can't say enough good things about my experience! Dominic is incredibly nice and completely transformed my older laptop (approx 11 years old!) to be fully functional again! I was going to give up on the laptop but am so glad I didn't! Thank you Dominic! The cost was also very reasonable! And I love utilizing local businesses rather than a big box store that is usually out to get your money first and foremost!

This was the first time I had to have a laptop repaired. Lucky I guess. I was going to go to Micro Center or Geek Squad. Micro Center wants $100 to look at a laptop! Seems like a bit much. A Google search for laptop repair in Cleveland Heights brought up Dominic & Cleveland Heights PC. Free estimates, reasonable prices, quick turnaround and positive comments about Dominic. I decided to give it a shot. I stopped by around 1:00 today. He knew what the problem was with our CD/DVD drive immediately. Offered to have the repair done in an hour. I had to work and couldn’t pick it up until 4:00 or later. Also asked him to check out why our laptop had slowed down. Dominic texted @ 4:00pm that the repair was ready. Right on time. Charged the estimated price. When I asked about why our laptop had slowed down, he chuckled. Bottom line: Our hard drive is full! Laptop was so slow, he wondered how we functioned! Offered a solution: Add a new hard drive, load Windows 10, Office Suite, Adobe & anti-virus protection for an extremely reasonable price! $20 more for a cable to connect to our original hard drive to retrieve whatever we need. Going to do this in the near future. This will extend the useful life of our laptop. I highly recommend Dominic. What I read in past reviews was true: Free estimate, extremely reasonable prices, quick turnaround and Dominic was a prince. Knowledgeable. Nice guy. Offered solutions to problems. Felt he was listening to me. Definitely recommend. I’ll be going back. Wife/treasurer has already green lighted $$$ for the laptop hard drive remediation.

Our computer needed a new motherboard. Instead of getting it replaced, we decided to buy another laptop instead. Dominic made the process so easy and was very helpful. He answered every question I had and allowed me to try the computer to see if I liked it. Ended up buying a nice laptop that was faster than my old one. Overall a great experience and if I could give it 10 stars I would. I would definitely recommend this place.
