Overall Feedback:
We approached CobwebMedia for a complete re-development of our website (Stickerscape). This included moving on to a new e-commerce platform, providing a mobile friendly website, as well as refreshing our branding.At the concept and design stage, Andy gave great insight and recommendations on our own initial thoughts. This included improving the user experience, improving the design whilst also ensuring the site remained optimised for search engines (quick to load etc.).Communication throughout this process was excellent, and using shared documents allow us to communicate in real-time on each area.The build phase was completed quickly and met the design brief agreed. Additional insight into recommended plugins etc. at this stage was also extremely useful as we moved onto a new platform.We're really pleased with the new website. Not only does it look great, but we've also seen a significant uplift in conversion rates and absolute sales, particularly from mobile traffic. Further, we've already started to see an increase in organic traffic from better SEO. This should improve over time as we optimise further (which the new platform allows us to do easily).We would highly recommend CobwebMedia for any web project you are currently considering.
