We approached CobwebMedia for a complete re-development of our website (Stickerscape). This included moving on to a new e-commerce platform, providing a mobile friendly website, as well as refreshing our branding.At the concept and design stage, Andy gave great insight and recommendations on our own initial thoughts. This included improving the user experience, improving the design whilst also ensuring the site remained optimised for search engines (quick to load etc.).Communication throughout this process was excellent, and using shared documents allow us to communicate in real-time on each area.The build phase was completed quickly and met the design brief agreed. Additional insight into recommended plugins etc. at this stage was also extremely useful as we moved onto a new platform.We're really pleased with the new website. Not only does it look great, but we've also seen a significant uplift in conversion rates and absolute sales, particularly from mobile traffic. Further, we've already started to see an increase in organic traffic from better SEO. This should improve over time as we optimise further (which the new platform allows us to do easily).We would highly recommend CobwebMedia for any web project you are currently considering. The duo at Cobweb media have been a breath of fresh air, they didn't bog us down in technicalities and intricate details but gave a clear concise overview of what we needed having thoroughly investigated the custom base we were trying to attract to our website.They gave useful advice and carried out works accurately and promptly.On completion they were more than happy to work through with me concerns about the website and address them appropriately. The Cobweb team first worked with us some years back, to build us a bespoke website for our paid-for weekly newspaper, with a huge amount of content to accommodate into multiple different sections, for desktop, tablet and mobile. They have since worked on another project for us, building and events-led website for our free publications. Again this is very content heavy, on multiple platforms, and requiring live feeds and sub-sections based both on geographical location and event category.The team are responsive, tolerant, understand what it takes to build a project with a client over time, and their finished products are sharp, clean and attractive. Both sites have helped us to spread our content wider and to strengthen our brand.

We gave Cobweb the challenging task of building our Skip Hire ordering process into a user friendly transactional website. We are very pleased with the result. The website only went live a few days ago and already the flow of orders is better than we anticipated. Throughout the design process I was impressed by Cobweb's collaborative approach and their ability to translate our objectives into practical design solutions.

Cobweb Media worked with us on a challenging brief to hugely tight timelines to deliver a beautiful end product. They revamped the RSA's 2020 Public Services team website and designed and subsequently built a standalone site for the City Growth Commission, a 12 month, high profile enquiry into the role of cities in creating UK economic growth.
