Fran TroyI wanted to write today specifically, because of the excellent care and caretaker coverage we have had over the past few years, for our brother, Brian. Even in bad weather circumstances, and in the past few weeks when he has not been feeling the best, Comforcare has been there for us.We have a great relationship with your staff, Phyllis and Tracey are available or call you back asap. They help us in many ways, letting us know if a new caretaker is coming, adjusting schedules when possible, and even just to talk about an issue that has come up. When we call in, the calls are answered politely and courteously. Thank you once again, to our friends at Comforcare!!!
