Horrible Horrible Horrible. I think the technicians work on commission. I asked them to fix my ice machine , gave me an estimate for about $2200 for the machines. Suggested I purchase a new one, received a quote for $5500. Looked around, found a guy from Oakland NJ. Fix the problem for $300.00 , serviced the machine for another $300. Working like brand new. Coldstat still charged $169.00 for a service call. I will take this matter to better business bureau. Zero out of 100.

9 years I have been in the ice cream business and trust that I have called every refrigeration company in the book and none have been anywhere near as capable and reliable as cold stat. I have spent thousands with other companies over the years only to get bandaid solutions (if I was lucky). 3 times I have used ColdStat and 3 times I was extremely satisfied with my service. Pricing is more than fair and they have always come thru in a pinch (even late on a Sunday for an emergency repair)! Thank you Anthony, Oliver and the rest of the crew at ColdStat! Keep up the great work fellas!
