Client Review on Commercial Refrigeration & Cooking Equipment

Horrible Horrible Horrible. I think the technicians work on commission. I asked them to fix my ice machine , gave me an estimate for about $2200 for the machines. Suggested I purchase a new one, received a quote for $5500. Looked around, found a guy from Oakland NJ. Fix the problem for $300.00 , serviced the machine for another $300. Working like brand new. Coldstat still charged $169.00 for a service call. I will take this matter to better business bureau. Zero out of 100.
