I was having problems with my computer and it would not turn on. I took the desktop to Computer Assistance and they had a look at it. Very quick service even with a waiting line. They diagnosed the problem free of charge, so I went off to buy the parts that were needed. Came back with a new upgraded motherboard, RAM, and CPU, which was fitted from the company. One of the engineers were able to then fit the parts together. However, at first they did not work. I was quite frustrated with this, as why would a brand new motherboard not work?!?! The engineers were able to solve the problem very smoothly and got my PC up and running again. Brilliant service and very customer friendly. The engineer who worked on my case was very informative and notified me of all stages. He even stayed late after closing hours to get my PC back! Very good pricing too! I would definitely recommend to anyone with a PC / Laptop issue.

I cannot praise the help I always receive from the Company. I recently needed to buy a new computer - no trouble, I said what I would be using it for and was advised as to what I needed. Absolutely no sales pressure. Added to this I needed this to be set up urgently and a member of staff kindly did this for me after he left work as he said that he passed my house on the way home. Magic, computer up and working and it was suggested I kept the old one for 2/3 weeks and if all was in order he would pick it up for me. That is what I call the personal touch so rare these days.

With a couple of ageing laptops to care for, I've been in and out of Computer Assistance a number of times over the last couple of years and have always found the team to be helpful, well informed and always willing to go the extra mile. When the time came to buy a new machine, they gave me just the advice I needed and helped me through a technical problem that arose in a thoroughly professional manner.

Oh dear. Like Brexit on a bad day. Communication is the biggest issue.Wrong messages. Inaccurate reporting. Told my laptop was ready but work not done. Not even close. They have not grasped that if you’re charged for a job customers want it completed.. I’ve always had the sneaking suspicion that l that the counter staff are frightened by the tekkies who display a ‘f .... you’ attitude. There is an unfriendly ‘no can do’ attitude and the shop has a ‘ repair prevention’ feel to it with lots of teeth sucking on presenting your laptop. Best of all was how the counter staff proudly tell a new customer how busy they are and not to expect any repair anytime soon. THEN HIRE SOME MORE PEOPLE and stop blaming customers for how busy you are. The absolute gold star of bad customer service with lashings of arrogance.

My mainframe wasn't connecting to the Internet. Cristian resolved the situation in a few minutes, and I am v grateful for his trouble, getting me on line without the expense of a technician visiting me. Thank goodness for Romanians !

I have used CA for a number of years now for various computer issues. My latest was my laptop which was running so slowly it was unusable. CA fitted a new disk (not expensive) and transformed the laptop. I have always found the staff to be very friendly and informative. I love the way you can speak directly with the actual engineer working on your issue. I will continue to use CA in the future.
